We were invited by Christa and Ricardo Mena, a couple dedicated to the practice, teaching and promotion of Agnihotra in Spain and other countries for over 25 years, to share in promoting Homa Therapy in Puerto de Santa Maria, near Cadiz in southern Spain. They had the Grace to accompany the Master Shree Vasant on many trips around the world and have established the Homa farm “Shreedham” in Algodonales, Andalucia, Spain. Christa Mena is a teacher of Yoga for over 30 years and so we shared the classes of Yoga with Homa fires, fun exercises and deep relaxations. Some of her students are about 70 years of age, they are flexible as young children and always have a smile to offer. Practise Yoga and live Yoga! |
