What is in the soul is only a different form of God’s beauty. It is constant. It never changes. Man is secure in non-change. The only constant comes from the soul. From the Divine.

                It is good practice to spend some time daily over self-introspection. We come to know that we are full to the brim with selfish desires that await gratification and evil thoughts that prey on others. When we become aware of these things, we become less prone to find fault with others. The egotistical attitude wanes. The gates to the Kingdom of Heaven within us are unbolted. Holy affirmations on our part during the period of introspection help us consolidate the habit of right thinking. Then we think along right lines not only during the introspection but all the time. Evil thoughts are then unable to make their way towards us. This is purification of the mind.

                Focus all energies on service. See what you can do for each of your friends. You will see how every small detail in your life becomes somehow manageable and situations become clearer. Do not look outside yourself for answers. The personality will be less and less, more subtle. No more sorrow, No more suffering. No more judgment. This is truly His message. This is joy.

        Who determines the goal in one’s life? Ultimately each person must choose. An adolescent should choose good company. Each company we keep carries its own energy. So even if we are very good, if we choose to keep company with criminals that energy is taken onto us. Therefore, choose carefully the company you keep.

            Keep very tight rein on the mind so that the pulls become less. Otherwise the mind goes and the body follows and all is lost. Keep the mind filled with only holy thoughts, Mantra, prayer, devotional singing. Do not be disturbed. This is a great time for healing and becoming strong in this healing love.

            You must get into the habit of smiling all the time. All the time smiling. It has a good effect on your mind, not to mention the joy you bring to others.

               You must rid yourself of the source of conflict, not only solve the conflicts as they arise. You must actually destroy the source of conflict itself. What is that source? When one is separate from the Divine, one will always find oneself in conflict. Therefore, effort must be made to open the channel, which lies inside one, which connects with the Divine.
