The Only Way to Survive

The only way to survive will be living off the land itself and in a Homa atmosphere, everything will prosper.
We have to be direct and sharp at this point in time as there is very little time left.

Now we put emphasis on healing. The HOMA atmosphere is what makes our gifts come to the fore. Fire cleanses the cobwebs of self-doubt and ego that can spoil a healthy spirit. We know this. We have seen it many times.

Pranayama and Hatha Yoga

On Pranayama and Hatha Yoga
Pranayama greatly affects the mind now, especially when it is done in the period immediately following Agnihotra in that atmosphere where the fire is still ablaze. It helps strengthen the mind, the power of discrimination. It does this noticeably and immediately if done regularly and with concentration. It is healing to the body and especially to the mind and one may find effects like a “high” if practiced correctly with concentration and intensity. Pranayama becomes extremely important, extremely beneficial from now. Also some Hatha yoga could be done by everyone. Not much is necessary, just enough to keep the body supple.

On Agnihotra

Agnihotra is merely a stepping stone in one’s spiritual development. Agnihotra prepares the mind for the dawning of higher knowledge. In enables the mind to be free, to be clear-thinking, by scientific methods as given through Vedas. It is so simple and the cost is minimal. You pay nothing except to purchase one copper pyramid-shaped pot. The supplies to be burned are very inexpensive and simple to obtain. Nothing is required. This was given and shall always continue to be given. Continue reading “On Agnihotra”

When faced with your own mortality…

December 17, 2016 Shree Vasant
(Guidance received through Parvati.)

When faced with your own mortality, when loved ones are passing away or family members are leaving, instead of focusing on your own death, focus on your life.
Many of you will live long lives, many years beyond this moment. When you allow your mind to ponder over your own death, you miss the present moment.
Look instead at your life.
Am I living according to my beliefs?
Am I being true to myself in all I do, in all I speak and, ultimately, in all I think and feel?
Am I kind? How can I be kinder?
Am I loving? How can I widen the sphere of people in my life who can receive love through my instrument?

Concentration, Contemplation, Meditation

December 24, 2020 Shree Vasant
(Message received through Parvati)

Set aside time every day for this practice of Meditation, during which you begin with focus and concentration on a single point, a sound, a Mantra or simply on your breath.

Concentration should be an attempt to remain in a one-pointed focused state without being distracted by outside noises or inside thought patterns.

These are Most Difficult Times

November 6, 2020 Shree Vasant
(received by Parvati in meditation)

These are most difficult times in the world. All that was foretold is coming to pass. You who were told before, should not be so surprised.
Rather, respond to events and circumstances with an even temper, a measured gait, a calm heart, a clear mind, and move as one in UNITY.

These are divisive times that pit brother against brother, nation against nation, races against races. And it is the race of time!

Thy Will be Done

When mind desires something, mind accepts, rejects, mind becomes sad or happy, then bondage is created.
When mind desires nothing, worries about nothing, then it is liberation.
When mind is engrossed in sense pleasure, it is bondage. When mind becomes unattached, it is liberation.
Desire is bondage. “Thy will be done” is liberation. Non-attachment means totally, “Love thy neighbor.” Then you experience the state, “I am in the world but not of the world.”
