Previously we have discussed the effects of Agnihotra and Agnihotra Ash on the growth and disease resistance of plants – both under lab conditions and in a greenhouse. But what are the effects in field conditions? |

The first systematic study on Homa Organic Farming was done in the CSK Agricultural University in Palampur (photo left), Himachal Pradesh (a Northern State in India, at the edge of the Himalaya mountains). Growth of Plants in Agnihotra Atmosphere and with Agnihotra Ash
Previously, we saw that Agnihotra Ash helps seeds to germinate better. The same result we get when seeds are kept for germination in a room where Agnihotra is performed regularly. |

Have No Expectation of the Other Person
You say you have so many things to do. Don’t try to do too many things at once. That way you will never be free of constant worrying. The mind likes to create worries and things to do. If things are difficult in any situation take three deep breaths and just do Mantra silently to yourself. Anything else can wait. Continue reading “Have No Expectation of the Other Person” |
Homa Beekeeping

Spring has arrived at Ecovillage Bhrugu Aranya in Poland and it’s a joy to see our bees flying busily back and forth, returning to their hives laden with yellow pollen to feed their new emerging brood. Activity is high now as they rapidly build up strength after a long Polish winter where temperatures dropped to as low as -30 Celsius (-22 degrees Fahrenheit).
The barely audible hum that the tight cluster of bees emits during those winter months gives way to a roaring song of communal joy as they energetically get to work on housekeeping, collecting pollen, nectar and rearing young. As the days warm up, there are few things more comforting to a beekeeper than that healthy buzz emanating from a hive. Continue reading “Homa Beekeeping” |

Effect of Agnihotra and Agnihotra Ash on Seed Germination
Earlier we have covered beneficial effects of Agnihotra and Agnihotra Ash on air, soil, and water resources, as well as on radioactive radiation. As environmental pollution naturally also affects plants as it affects us humans, it can be expected that both Agnihotra and Agnihotra Ash have beneficial effects on the growth and health of plants as well as their resistance against pests. The easiest way to experiment about that is by examining the germination of seeds, both in Agnihotra atmosphere and using Agnihotra ash. |
